The user properties section allows the user that is logged into the
application to change their own settings for the application. The
user must be granted permission to access and use their User Properties.
Personal Info:
The users name, username, application alias, company information, and
whether or not they are an active user.
Localization Setting:
These settings are for the geographical and time information for
where the user is working. Settings are for the country, language,
date and time format, and time zone.
Locations: This
refers to the region and location settings in the application, which control
and group the users and information. For example, this may refer
to a particular store, city, or other region that is grouped together
in the application. See Business
Unit Overview for details.
Password: This
allows the user to change their password and change their security question.
Themes and Skins:
This allows the user to customize the appearance of the application,
with themes, backgrounds, and images. These customizations only
apply to that user when they log in. If the user does not have permissions
to change these settings this tab will not appear.
Login History:
This shows when and from where (IP address) the user logged into
the application.
Audit History:
This shows what the user was working on and the changes made by
the user. The entries are searchable, and the details of changes
can be seen by clicking on the audit records in the list.
