The number of custom objects that can be created is determined by your PerfectMind license.
One way to think of a custom object is like a page of information. The page could display the information for a customer, an account, an invoice, an item, a report on customers, a dashboard display showing how many phone calls have been made, or anything else.
A custom object is a way of storing information that is unique to your organization. Custom objects allow you to move all of your information into PerfectMind that may have been kept on paper, in a spreadsheet, and in other programs and give you access to it in one place. A custom object can be a thing such as an office or location, other physical assets, or it can be information such as sales quotations, or anything that you need it to be. You can design and create your custom objects and have them behave like native PerfectMind objects, with links to other objects, permissions, layouts, and use them in reports and dashboards.
The main custom object page shows a list of all the custom objects you have in PerfectMind. Click on the name of an object to work with the object and see its details.
Label: The name of the custom object. Click on it to view and work with the object.
Master Object: Shows the name of the Master or parent object when there is a master-detail relationship between objects.
Object Type: System objects are used by the PerfectMind application itself; Custom objects are created by PerfectMind users (usually administrators and developers), and Plugin objects are usually created for the platform by developers and can be added to your PerfectMind application.
Access Level: This is System for System objects, which means that they have restrictions on how much they can be modified and changed, and can not be deleted by users since the PerfectMind application needs them to function.
Deployed: The object is available to all users (with the appropriate permissions). An un-deployed object may be one that is being worked on by administrators or created by developers. Only administrators and developers can see and use un-deployed objects.
Description: This comes from the Description field for an object, from the Object Detail tab to provide some basic information about the object and it's use.
